Negentien jaar na de gebeurtenissen in Wolfenstein II is BJ Blazkowicz spoorloos verdwenen na een missie in het door nazi's bezette Parijs. Na jaren getraind te zijn door hun in de strijd gestaalde vader moeten BJ's tweelingdochters, Jess en Soph Blazkowicz, nu in actie komen.

Werk samen met een vriend of speel alleen. Verhoog je level, verken en voltooi nieuwe missies om nieuwe wapens, gadgets, cosmetische items en meer te ontgrendelen om je speelstijl te ondersteunen en je uiterlijk aan te passen.
