В новый набор музыки от сообщества для Europa Universalis IV входят 13 новых треков Kairi — композитора, ранее поучаствовавшей в создании двух других наборов музыки для флагманской исторической стратегии Paradox Interactive.
Kairi вдохновляется саундтреками классических стратегических игр конца 1990-х и начала 2000-х годов и использует музыку многих культур, представленных в Europa Universalis IV. Восточная и западная музыка сочетаются в манере, аутентичной для Europa Universalis IV.
